ABOUT THE WHOLEHEART PET VIRTUAL VET TEAM

  • At WholeHeart Pet Virtual Vet, all our vets are licensed with at least 5 years of experience. You will always speak with a licensed veterinarian, rather than pet professionals, AI, chat bots or other non-licensed personnel.

  • Our veterinarians can give advice, educate and recommend over the counter remedies. Because our vets are virtual, a valid Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) has not been established.  Most State Laws prohibit veterinarians from prescribing medication without a valid VCPR.

  • No, as our vets are on different shifts.

WHOLEHEART PET VIRTUAL VET CONNECTION QUESTIONS

  • The connection can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Please be patient and don’t hang up. If one of our Vets is helping someone else, there will be a message stating the Vet is unavailable. This is rare but it might happen on the odd occasion.

  • ItemVideo chatting does require a good WIFI or Cell Data connection. iPhone or Samsung 4 or greater work well with FaceTime. If you are having trouble, it is most likely your connection. We encourage you to ensure you have adequate connection and an updated phone for best results.description

  • Yes, this can be booked through our portal.

  • Our telehealth platform is secure and encrypted, ensuring your information stays confidential.
